Graduate Student Grade Replacements
Graduate students may not take this or any other graduate course for a second time and then replace the first grade for the course with the second grade. This is the university's policy and the course instructor cannot change it.
Grade Replacement For Undergraduates
If there are any undergraduate students repeating this class who wish to replace the grade of the former attempt at the class, the student needs to fill out a petition in the first week of the term. This is the relevant university policy. If the student does not fill out a form, nothing can be done later to accomplish the replacement. To repeat, students must fill out forms to replace grades for repeat classes; and, it must be done in the first week of the quarter.
